Refund policy

Because our pieces are customized, I do not accept returns and or exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event the item arrives broken or damaged, please make us aware IMMEDIATELY or within 24hrs by sending a picture or pictures of the damaged item(s) to contact us contactus@gtsbylemave.com and we will be happy to work towards a resolution with you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
