Shipping policy

The processing time is the time I need to prepare an order to be shipped and may vary based on the item(s) and quantities in that item purchased. 

Typically my jewelry and mugs have a 1-3 BUSINESS day processing time and then the item(s) will ship out within 3-5 BUSINESS days. 

My resin orders and pieces have a 3-5 BUSINESS day processing time and typically ship out within 2 weeks.

My Crocs have a 5-7 BUSINESS day processing time and ship out within 1-2 weeks. 

You do have the option to select faster shipping, however, that does not change the processing timeframe. If you need something sooner, please reach out to me prior to placing the order so that I can make sure that I can accommodate your requests. If you are unable to reach out to me prior to placing the order, please email me IMMEDIATELY after placing the order along with the order number or leave it in the notes section of your order. I will do my best to meet your requests, but can't promise anything.

Typically I ship with UPS and USPS and you will always receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. With that said, items marked as "delivered" by USPS and UPS are considered delivered, and if for some reason you do not receive your order and tracking shows delivered, you will need to contact your local post office or UPS for additional assistance. For any items marked as "undeliverable" and are "returned to sender" a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please double triple-check your shipping address to make sure that everything is correct so that you receive your order in a smooth and timely manner.
